HEALTH GUARANTEE
The buyer must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of time of purchase.
No guarantee is made as to size, disposition, and conformation, working ability or breeding ability.
The puppy is guaranteed to be free of Parvo and Distemper for 72 hours after purchase. After 72 hours the breeder is not responsible for the above mentioned conditions, as these are highly contagious and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the breeder. If vaccination schedule is not followed as I (breeder) have outlined on the shot record this contract is voided. The buyer understands that the following conditions are Not covered: worms, fleas, ticks, ear mites or any other internal or external parasites. This guarantee does not cover accidental injury.
Upon examination if the Veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with the puppy, the purchaser has the right to return the puppy for a replacement puppy of equal value. A statement or report from the Veterinarian stating the illness and all original papers must be returned along with the puppy for replacement, providing the puppy has sustained no injury after the buyer took possession.
In an unlikely event of this puppy’s death. A statement from a Licensed Veterinarian confirming such an event is required. If cause is unknown, an autopsy and autopsy results from a Licensed Veterinarian are required before any action will be taken by the breeder.
The breeder further guarantees this puppy for 2 Years (from date of birth) against life threatening congenital defects. If within that time a life threatening defect is found, the breeder will replace this puppy with another of the same breed, quality and sex. The replacement will be subject to availability. The puppy will be replaced only, No money will be refunded. The buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore is not covered: umbilical hernia, undescended testicle, or underbite/overbite. Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed to a hereditary problem and not due to accident, contagious and/or other illness.
Buyer also understands that the breeder (seller) will not be responsible for Veterinary bills or any other expenses incurred in connection with, resulting from or attributed to the care of this puppy at anytime.
A non-refundable (unless breeder can not deliver said puppy) deposit of $100.00 is required to hold said puppy.
This contract and guarantee is non-transferable.
